Red Hat Pattern Teardrop Hat with Red/Purple Feather

This is a tear drop cap built on a 5" x 6 1/2" frame covered with a "Red Hat" pattern print. It comes with a red feather attachment. The feather sports a purple flower. The feather attachment can be used separately as a hair adornment or attached to the cap making a feather hat.
