Black Velvet Hat with Blk Feather & Blue & Purple Flower

This is a black velvet covered tear drop cap built on a 5" x 6 1/2" frame, with a black feather attachment. The feather sports a blue-purple flower. The feather attachment can be used separately as a hair adornment or attached to the cap making it a feather hat.
